Renovation of an educational facility in Custer, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Custer Elementary is a single 1-story building with varying ages of construction. The building is clad in a variety of materials to include but not limited to brick, vinyl siding, wood siding, and concrete. This project includes varying repairs to the buildings exterior cladding systems. Please refer to the full scope of work included in the project documents. It is the sole responsibility of the contractor to email proposals by the date and time and in the manner indicated. The Ferndale School District shall have the right but not the obligation to reject any or all bids for any reason or for no reason, to reject a bid not accompanied by required bid security or by other material or data required by the bidding documents, or to reflect a bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular. Proposal evaluation results will be communicated to all proposers.
