Renovation of an educational facility in Custer, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Description of the work: Briefly, this project includes upgrading the Building Management System & Direct Digital Controls regulating (but not limited to) heating water, domestic hot water, fan coil units, unit ventilators, gas furnaces, radiators, exhaust fans, supply fans, air handling units, RTUs, VAVs, electric unit heaters, baseboard heaters, and exterior lighting. 5. School Buildings Included in this Project: a. Custer Elementary School, 7660 Custer School Rd, Custer WA 98248 b. Mountain View School, 5780 Hendrickson Ave, Ferndale WA 98248 c. North Bellingham Learning Center, 5275 Northwest Drive, Bellingham WA 98226 d. Skyline Elementary School, 2225 Thornton St, Ferndale WA 98248 Proposal evaluation results will be communicated to all proposers. The Ferndale School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for good cause and request new proposals.
