Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Liberty Lake, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As if August 2025, the project will be bid in January/February 2026, with construction to begin shortly after. The City of Liberty Lake (CoLL) is requesting statement of qualifications from professional architectural firms in accordance with RCW 39.80.030. In seeking professional architectural design services, CoLL requests qualifications from firms with recent experience in City Hall and renovation projects. CoLL is planning to relocate their existing City Hall staff into the building located at 23129 E. Mission Ave, Liberty Lake, WA 99019. The anticipated construction cost for renovation is approximately $3.7M. The project will be design-bid-build delivery method Questions are due via email to Jonathan Miller by 7/8/25 at 1:00 p.m. Statements of Qualifications shall be received no later than July 14, 2025 at 4:00:00 p.m. via email to jonathan.miller@turntown.com CoLL encourages participation by minority and women-owned firms and veteran-owned firms
