Renovation of a library in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
This rehabilitation program focuses on repair of the building envelope for the heritage portion of the facility located at 130 Johnson Street, Kingston, Ontario known as the Bishops House. This includes but is not limited to the following, please see Appendix G Issued RFP Specifications for General Scope of Work attached separately: - Masonry works such as repointing, repair/replacement of stone, repair of sills, cleaning, etc. - Window refurbishment and replacement, - Repair and repaint of deteriorated wood elements such as cornices, pediments, etc. - Replacement of the existing standing seam mansard roof, - Replacement of the existing EPDM roof, Value Range: 100,001 - 1,000,000$ *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
