Remodeling of a military facility in Braggs, Oklahoma. Working plans call for the remodel of a 1,248-square-foot military facility.
In submitting the bid, it is understood that the right is reserved by the State of Oklahoma to reject any and all bids, and it is agreed that this bid may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the date of closing of same. Work is to start within ten (10) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed If the bid exceeds $50,000, a cashiers check, a certified check or surety bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid shall be delivered to Construction and Properties prior to the Bid Opening. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities will be retained until the contract is awarded.
