Renovation of a mixed-use development in Braggs, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
General Scope of Work: Below is the general scope of the work. The school is accepting bids to replace a total of 20 HVAC units. The below breakdown is based on the District's preliminary investigation. All bids should be itemized in the form of units and pricing per unit to assist in the owner's evaluation of bids. Please place all items in a sealed envelope and deliver to Bid Location prior to bid date and time. No late bids will be accepted. No email bids will be accepted. The scope of work includes 20 HVAC units: 1 25-ton Trane gas package unit 1 5-ton total electric package unit 1 4-ton total electric package unit 6 2.5-ton total electric split systems 2 3-ton total electric split systems 3 80% gas 3-ton split systems 1 80% gas 4-ton split system 1 80% gas 5-ton downflow split system 1 80% gas 2-ton split system 3 80% gas 5-ton split systems. All units to be like tonnages connected back to existing electrical, ductwork, freon lines and gas. Trane package unit will be replaced with Trane. All other units will be new Lennox total electric Heat Pump systems and Lennox 80% propane with outdoor Heat Pump.
