Site work for a water / sewer project in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Contractors for this Project must pay no less than the prevailing wage rates for the area established by the Owner and included in the Contract Documents. Performance and Payment Bonds are required.The Owner reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the Proposals submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, to reject any or all Proposals, and/or waive formalities. Proposals may not be withdrawn within 60 days from the date on which Proposals are opened. The Owners Budget for the Project is $160,000,000. The Project is to be Substantially Complete and ready for operation on or before December 31, 2025. The Project is to be complete and eligible for Final Payment 60 days after the date for Substantial Completion. Construction of approximately 44,520 linear feet of 84-inch water line including approximately 14,190 linear feet in tunnels under the following locations and the remainder in open cut and approach ramps. Questions are to be submitted using the Question and Answer process on the Procurement Website. Responses to questions posted on the Procurement Website will be posted on the Procurement Website by the Owner for the benefit of all Offerors. A response will be posted for questions submitted until 5:00 p.m. on September 8, 2021. The deadline to ask questions is 10/19/2021 5:00 PM CST
