Separate sealed bids for 2024 TVA Investprep - I-40 Advantage Industrial Park - Site Grading will be received by the City of Brownsville, 15 E. Main Street, Brownsville, TN 38012, until 10:00 a.m. on September 18, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Any person with disability requiring special accommodations must contact the City of Brownsville no later than 7 days prior to the bid opening. The Project consists of cut, fill, and shift of existing on-site materials and performing this work while maintaining conformance to the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A.
