Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Newton, Kansas. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
**As of July 19 2021, all bids are being rejected. The Project includes the following Work Renovation of two existing ball fields, and construction of one new ball field within Centennial Park in Newton, KS. Construction will include sports lighting for two fields, 3,300 linear feet of chain link fencing, two braided nylon netting backstop systems, covered dugout structures, cantilevered shade structures, an updated irrigation system, 9,600 square feet of concrete plaza areas, and a food truck plaza. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis Bid Security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
