Site work and paving for a civil project in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Scope of work consists of the restoration of approximately 210 linear feet of stream including riprap, slope stabilization fabric, erosion and sedimentation controls, restoration, and all necessary appurtenances for said construction. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. Compliance is required with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of 1961, P.L. 987, No. 442; Title VI and other applicable provisions of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; the Department of Labor Equal Opportunity Clause (41 CFR 60 -1.4); in compliance with Section 504 of Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 Contract No. 21-SW1 - Chartiers Park Stream Restoration includes the restoration of approximately 210 linear feet of stream bank restoration including excavation, installation of rip rap, slope stabilization fabric, erosion and sedimentation controls, restoration, temporary access roadway, 95 linear feet of 6 perforated underdrain, roadway restoration, and all necessary appurtenances for said construction.
