The project consisting of approximately 3,885 LF of Processing Existing Base and Surface, 3,885 LF of Cementitious Stabilization, 3,885 LF of Asphalt Pavement, and 1,590 LF of Micro Surfacing with associated appurtenances located in Sections 32 & 33, T-20-N, R-15-E, IB&M, Rogers County, Oklahoma and Sections 4 & 5 T-19-N, R-15-E, IB&M, Wagoner County, Oklahoma Small businesses and minority owned businesses are encouraged to bid on this project. The Rogers County Board of County Commissioners, Oklahoma is an equal opportunity organization. No Bidder may withdraw a Bid within 60 days after the actual opening thereof. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Cashiers Check payable to Owner for five percent (5%) of the amount bid. A performance bond and a payment bond (aka statutory bond) along with a maintenance bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price and each with a corporate surety approved by the Owner, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract. Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract within ten (10) days of the date to be specified in the Notice to Proceed and to be totally completed and invoiced within 30 consecutive calendar days thereafter The Owner may waive any informalities or minor defects or reject any and all bids. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above-scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof.
