Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The City of Riviera Beach is seeking a qualified licensed/certified contractor to complete the Renovation of Police Sub-station located at 1550 W 28th St. Riviera Beach, FL 33404. Project Overview/Statement of Work The successful bidder (hereinafter referred to as the contractor) shall furnish, at their expense, all labor, supervision, equipment, machinery, tools, materials, transportation, and other services necessary to fully renovate the existing Interior rooms and exterior wall, paint interior walls, adjust existing parking and all other elements as indicated on the associated plans and specifications. The contractor shall be responsible for protection of all electrical and restoration of disturbed areas. The Contractor prior, during and at the completion of the demolition part of this work shall follow all the required notifications, protections, regulatory requirements and execution procedures. Period of Performance/Liquidated Damage The liquated damages will be $250 per day unless a mutually agreed upon time extension is granted.
