Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in National Park, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the addition of a 936-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Project includes conduct site soil erosion and sediment control measures, perform site demolition to remove concrete pads and relocation of drain lines and conduits, clearing of vegetation and grading, provide a Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) pre-engineered building 936 SF, driveway, GAC vessels and pipe manifolds, process piping, instrumentation, valving, booster pumps, and appurtenances in the GAC building. The project also includes the GAC building VFD/Remote I/O control panel, complete communication and electrical wiring for the treatment system equipment, complete process pipe modifications in the existing Filter Building, installation of C.L.D.I.P connection piping and electrical wiring and communications between the GAC building and the existing Filter Building, disinfection and testing of the water supply system, site restoration, and installation of approximately 700 L.F. of PVC watermain along Lakehurst Avenue. The Project has an expected duration of 180 calendar days. The Borough of National Park and the Engineer reserve the right to require a complete financial and experience statement from prospective bidders showing that they have satisfactorily completed work of the nature required before furnishing proposal forms or specifications, or before awarding the contract. The right is also reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities where such informality is not detrimental to the best interest of the Borough of National Park. The right is also reserved to increase or decrease the quantities specified in the manner designated in the specifications.
