Terracon Project No. J5195208 Construction contract for Proj No. HAAW139030, constructing of a new Entry Control Facility complex, including a gate house, a guard booth, canopies over vehicle ID check stations and commercial vehicle inspection bay, pavements, fencing, gates, active denial barriers, site lighting, and site drainage, and demolition of the existing Entry Control Facility. Work will be in accordance with the contract, plans, and technical specifications. This action is being solicited as a total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the size standard for small business is $39.5M average annual revenue for the past three years. Project magnitude is between $1M and $5M. Persons intending on submitting a bid are highly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit. Failure to submit a bid on all items shall result in rejection of the bid. Solicitation and information, notices and amendments w ill be posted at https://sam.gov. Instructions for obtaining plans for this solicitation are located in Section 00100. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The work includes furnishing all plant, equipment, labor, devices, tools, materials, transportation, services, supervision and all miscellaneous requirements to perform all operations in conjunction with the efforts to accomplish the work. Work at Hancock Field ANGB consists of, but is not limited to constructing a new Entry Control Facility complex, including a gate house, a guard booth, canopies over vehicle ID check stations and commercial vehicle inspection bay, pavements, fencing, gates, active denial barriers, site lighting, and site drainage, and demolition of the existing Entry Control Facility. All work shall be complete and function as intended, as if identified exclusively. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with applicable drawings, specifications, industry standards, applicable Building and Environmental Codes, Regulations, and Laws. Project elements include, but are not limited to: sitework, utilities, building envelope, roofing, interior partitions, interior finishes, HVAC systems, plumbing, restroom, power, lighting, and telecommunications. Contractor shall comply with all applicable Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and Air National Guard Engineering Technical Letters (ANG ETL) in addition to Federal, State and local requirements. Work will include construction of, and work within, secured areas. Government escorts will be required for some portions of the work. This project also includes sole source items: Best Access System for door hardware, and Vindicator. *IGE 2nd low bidder $4,760,018.00*
