SUNY Upstate Medical University (SUNY Upstate) intends to purchase under its discretionary authority, which is up to $125,000.00, pursuant to NYS Education Law 355(5)(a), the below described commodity/product or service which authorizes purchases without a formal competitive process in certain circumstances. A sealed bid will not be held. If you are interested in providing a proposal for the below described commodity/product or service, you must contact the appropriately designated Hospital contact in this advertisement within 15 business days of this Advertisement Notice.
