Renovation of an educational facility in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 25,375-square-foot educational facility.
Westhill Central School District - 2018 Capital Improvement Project - Phase 3 - Contract PC-3 The Project site is located at Westhill High School, 4501 Onondaga Blvd, Syracuse, NY 13219 B. This Section includes a summary of each contract, including assignment of work scope, responsibilities for coordination, and temporary facilities and controls. Scope of Work is broken out as follows 1. Contracts, General (Applies to all prime contracts) 2. Contract GC-3: General Construction Contract 3. Contract PC-3: Plumbing Construction Contract 4. Contract MC-3: Mechanical Construction Contract 5. Contract EC-3: Electrical Construction Contract C. Specific requirements of each contract are also indicated in individual Specification Sections and on Drawings. Where there is a conflict between this specification section and any other section or drawing with regard to division of work scope, this section shall dictate assignment of work. D. One complete set of documents is issued covering multiple Prime contracts. Each Prime Contractor is to review all drawings and specifications for complete understanding and knowledge of the work.
