Invitation to Bidders NOTICE OF SOLICITATION OF GENERAL CONTRACTORS FOR: Village of Wampsville Municipal Building, 118 N. Court Street, PO Box 51, Wampsville, NY 13163 Sealed bids for the Village of Wampsville Municipal Building, in Wampsville, NY will be received. A summary of the bids received will be available to the public the following week upon request. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Bidding and Contract Documents and must be accompanied by references of similar projects and a Bid Security in the form of a Certified Check, Bid Bond or Bank Check in the amount of (5%) five percent of the bid amount. Bidders must have a minimum of 5 years successful experience in completion of similar projects. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a notarized Warranty Letter in lieu of a Maintenance Bond. The substantial completion date for this project is November 1 st , 2021, and fully completed by November 15 th , 2021. Funding for this project is being administered by the Dormitory Authority of New York State (DASNY), under Article 15A, Executive Law, the State of New York is committed to providing Minority and Women Owned Business (MWBE) equal opportunity to participate in government contracts.
