Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in West Valley City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The scope of work consists of a new city neighborhood park. Work includes site clearing and grubbing, excavation and earth work, rough grading, topsoil screening, irrigation system installation with controller, topsoil placement, finish grading, sod/hydro-seed/drill seed turf, trees, shrubs, groundcover, concrete flatwork, concrete curbing, concrete retaining walls, prefabricated pavilion installation, playground installation, impact material installation, drainage system installation, lights and light piers, electrical system, electrical service, drinking fountain and park sign. Scope includes but is not limited to: Earthwork & Utilities, Landscape, Irrigation, Cast in Place Concrete, Playground Protective Surfacing, Turf & Grass, and Electrical.
