Renovation of a water / sewer project in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, constructing the Work described below and all related appurtenances. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Staging and Mobilization. 2. Relocate impacted utilities. 3. Construct Electrical Building. 4. Install electrical equipment in Electrical Building as indicated on the Contract Drawings 5. Transfer existing circuits to electrical equipment in the Electrical Building. If the Add Alternate No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3 is award this includes the replacement ofthe medium voltage cabling as defined by Add Alternate No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3 and as indicated on the Contract Drawings. 6. Demolish existing electrical substation as indicated on the Contract Drawings. 7. Final site grading and restoration.
