**As of 8/20/2021 This bid will be awarded at the September 13th Board meeting. The Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud as soon as practical in the 2nd Floor Board Room. The work will be performed under ONE contract with the Owner. All questions requiring additional information or clarification shall be submitted to the Architect by July 23, 2021. Bid Security will be required in the amount and form defined by the Instructions to Bidders and Amendment to the Instructions to Bidders. Any proposed equal for a standard shall be submitted to the Architect no later than ten (10) days prior to the bid opening. The proposed equal shall be considered rejected if no Addendum is issued accepting the proposed equal. No fewer than the four apparent low bidders shall submit information per DOCUMENT 001153 QUALIFICATION OF BID PROPOSAL which shall include the application of any reciprocal preference for resident bidders as prescribed by 200 KAR 5:400 in determining the successful bidder. Liquidated damages will be assessed for failure to complete the Work within the time specified noted in the Project Manual.
