THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF MECHANICAL, HVAC CONTROLS, AND ELECTRICAL WORK REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING SCOPE: o CENTRAL AIR HANDLING EQUIPMENT UPGRADE o MODIFICATIONS TO REPLACE EXISTING DYNAMIC FILTERS WITH MERV 13 o MODIFY THE OUTDOOR AIR INTAKES TO INCLUDE A MINIMUM OUTSIDE AIR DAMPER AND ECONOMIZER AIR DAMPER WITH A THERMAL DISPERSION TYPE. o AIR FLOW MEASUREMENT STATION OWNER FURNISHED/CONTRACTOR INSTALLED. The University of Louisville Procurement Services, on behalf of Physical Plant, will receive quotes to modify (3) air handling unit outdoor air intakes to include a minimum air damper and economizer with a thermal dispersion type air flow measuring station. Modify the outdoor air intakes to include a minimum outside air damper and economizer air damper with a thermal dispersion type air flow measurement station. Modify existing dynamic filters with MERV 13. Owner shall furnish for installation by contractor: (3) Ebtron Air-IQ Control Damper with Integral Airflow Measurement Device - 84x30" In Duct Damper Sleeve Assembly, Factory Assembled Extruded Aluminum Sleeve, Opposed Blade. Thermal Dispersion airflow/Temperature Measurement Device - 2 Probes, 8 Sensors Each, Remote Transmitter with LCD Display, 10ft Cable
