The consultants construction estimated for this contract is: $990,000.00 CoSA: Base Bid: $977,545.00. SAWS Water: Base Bid: $7,000.00. SAWS Sewer: Base Bid: $5,550.00 It is understood and agreed that the work is to be substantially completed on or before 365 calendar days. The City of San Antonio strongly encourages each bidder to be as inclusive as possible, and to reach out to all segments of the M/WBE community in its efforts to exercise good faith in achieving the M/WBE and AABE subcontracting goal(s) of 9% and 2% respectively, that has been established for this contract. Project construction may include but is not limited to: concrete curbs, sidewalks, driveways, concrete retaining walls-combination type, wheel chair ramps, minor asphalt milling and replacement, removing and relocating mail boxes, topsoil, sodding, striping, elevated sidewalks, sidewalk pipe railing, adjusting existing meter boxes, valve boxes and manholes, tree pruning, removal and/or replacement, and any other items required due to the site conditions to accomplish the project scope.
