Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Menifee, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 85,000-square-foot, three-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

As of January 20, 2022, construction is underway and is anticipated to be complete June 2024. The project is described as a new 3-story Civil Proceedings Courthouse on a 3.9 acre site. The building is approximately 85,000 GSF - housing 9 Courtrooms, Public Lobby and spaces, Judges' Chambers, Jury Deliberation Rooms, Jury Assembly, and court services offices. Foundation is concrete footings, grade footings with slab on grade Superstructure is structural steel with slab on metal deck. Enclosure consists of corrugate metal panel, exterior cement plaster system, and glazing. 3% DVBE Requirement Start/deliver Date - October 2021 Project Durations - 27 Months License Requirements - CA Contractors License **All interested subcontractors have to be pre-qualified to bid the project.
