Project will include HCFCD channel with outfalls, backslope interceptor structures, conveyance channel and TxDOT roadside ditch improvements. Villages of Pine Ridge Detention shall include, but not limited to, the following: Excavation of Detention and Bypass Channel; Improvements to FM 2100 roadside ditch; Placement of excavated material, including utility spoils to fill proposed spoil site and stock piles to grade to drain; Installation of a new storm water pump station; Installation of black slope structures; Installation of proposed drainage swales and backslope swales. General Requirements are proposed changes to the existing water treatment plant to convert to chloramines disinfection. During construction, water treatment capabilities must not be interrupted except as necessary for certain tie-ins and connections. These interruptions shall be planned and coordinated with the Operator and Engineer and shall not occur without concurrence by the Operator and Engineer This contract is to include furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to construct the complete lift station and force main. All equipment shall be installed complete and ready for operation at the location and in the manner prescribed in these contract documents. All work and materials installed shall conform to the requirements and standards of State Board of Health, State Board of Water Engineers, American Petroleum Institute, American Society of Testing Materials, American Welding Society, National Electric Code, American Water Works Association, and other applicable codes or standards, and as specified in the Technical Specifications herein.
