Renovation of a multi-residential development in Lowell, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, invite sealed bids from Contractors for the repair of balconies at Cityview Towers for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Russo Barr Associates, Inc.The Project consists of: structural steel, waterproofing, painting, removal and reinstallation of existing railings and other related work. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates) andmade payable to the Lowell Housing Authority. General bidders must agree to contract with minority and women business enterprises as certified by the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO), formerly known as SOMWBA. The combined goal reserved for such enterprises shall not be less than 10.4% of the final contract price including accepted alternates.
