Site work and paving for a road / highway in Riverside, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The project would resurface Evergreen Road from Park Lane to the north side of the City property, approximately 475 ft by crushing and shaping the existing asphalt and resurfacing with two 1.5 inch lifts of new asphalt. Additional work includes removing and replacing driveways to tie into finished grade and some minor grading and ditching as required. It is assumed that the existing roadway is approximately 20 feet wide. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The use of local contractors and labor is encouraged. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least ninety (90) days.
