Renovation of a military facility in Lincoln, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

This solicitation is for a new Design Build Stand Alone Construction Contract to Repair Sustain HVAC rooms 169 & 264 in bldg. 1607 at Hanscom Air Force Base. All work will be done IAW the SOW dated 11 January 2022. The work to be performed is under North American Classification System (NAICS) 236220 with the size standard of $39.5M. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside restricted to Small Businesses with headquarters in Massachusetts. The general scope of the prospective project shall be accomplished using a Design Build (DB) delivery method. See the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for detailed requirements. Electronic proposals are due 12 September 2022 at 4:30PM EDT. A site visit will take place on 18 August 2022 at 11:00AM EDT. Please see attachment sixteen for site visit information. Questions regarding the RFP are due NLT 4:30PM EDT on 25 August 2022. *****NOTE: Attachment 25 Appendix 9 Parts 3-5 were not attached to this solicitaion due to their size. The Contractor shall perform the following: Base Bid - Onsite field investigation, verification of existing conditions, assessment report Title 1A services, Design Effort Title 1B, All effort associated with Rm 264 & 169 The Government anticipates awarding a single award contract to fulfill this requirement. The magnitude of this requirement is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The anticipated term of this contract will be 360 days from award without Options CLINs. The resulting contract is anticipated to be awarded as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 236220 (size standard: $36.5M).
