This solicitation is for a new Design Build Stand Alone Construction Contract to Repair Sustain HVAC rooms 169 & 264 in bldg. 1607 at Hanscom Air Force Base. All work will be done IAW the SOW dated 11 January 2022. The work to be performed is under North American Classification System (NAICS) 236220 with the size standard of $39.5M. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside restricted to Small Businesses with headquarters in Massachusetts.
