The Town of Lincoln will accept bids for the preparing, mowing, raking and clean-up of certain grassed areas owned by the Town. The term of this contract will be for three years with an option to extend for two additional one-year terms. The mowing frequency schedule as outlined in this contract assumes a normal, typically weather-related growing season. The Town of Lincoln reserves the right to cancel mowing or add mowing frequencies based on the vegetative growing cycle. The contractor shall be guaranteed minimum payment as established based on the normal conditions as bid in this document. Payments for additional work provided will be made at the unit price as established under this contract.
