Proposals are invited for furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for construction of generally the following: Work includes construction of approximately 15,000 linear feet of seal coat road construction, 3,000 linear feet of asphalt road construction, and 23,000 linear feet of PVC pipeline (10" to 24"), and associated appurtenances in southeast Guadalupe County, Texas. SSLGC will evaluate and rank each Proposer based on the following selection criteria: 20% Contractor Relevant Experience and References, 60% Cost Proposal and 20% proposed schedule. SSLGC shall select a contractor that offers the best value as determined by the selection criteria and ranking evaluation. This Contract is contingent upon release of funds from Texas Water Development Board. SSLGC reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals. Each Proposal must be accompanied by Proposal Security made payable to SSLGC in an amount of five percent (5%) of Proposer's total amount Proposal and in the form of a certified or cashier's check or a Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions.
