Site work for a water / sewer project in Bellevue, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Base Bid: The Project consists of draining existing Cells A and C; removing and disposing of the sludge; demolishing and removing existing cover and liner materials, air piping and associated equipment; installation of a new HDPE liner; and other items of miscellaneous work shown on the drawings and described in the specifications. Additive Bid A includes draining Cell B; removing and disposing of sludge; demolishing and removing existing cover and liner materials, air piping and associated equipment; installation of a new HDPE liner; and other items of miscellaneous work shown on the drawings and described in the specifications. Additive Bid B includes replacing the aeration piping and diffusers in Cell B as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications. Bids will be received for a single lump sum contract for the base bid and an additive lump sum price for each additive bid.
