Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Sandy Springs, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This project provides an improvement to the intersection of Boylston Drive and Hammond Drive. This will include the realignment of the Boylston Drive to meet up with the existing entrance to the Hammond Glen residences, streetscape improvements adjacent to the intersection, new traffic signal infrastructure, drainage improvements, paving, and restriping. Utility relocations and pedestrian light installation will be completed concurrently with the proposed construction by the utility providers. It is anticipated that the intersection will remain open during the construction. Questions are due no later than March 24, 2025, 5:00 P.M. EST All communications regarding this solicitation must be with the assigned Procurement Agent, Reginald Starling, rstarling@sandyspringsga.gov. The City of Sandy Springs reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Sandy Springs.
