**Parent Project** Construction commenced with a ground-breaking ceremony on October 11, 2023. The Program involves the replacement of existing Runway 5L-23R with a similar runway parallel to the existing, and approximately 535' to the northwest. Also included in the Program are the following major items of work: 1) Demolition of existing Runway 5L-23R and construction of a parallel taxiway in its location; and 2) Relocation of a portion of Lumley Road. The preliminary construction cost estimate range is $250M to $350M. Additional information regarding the Program is given in subsequent sections herein. The Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority (Authority) has asked that each prospective proposer secure references from previous institutional construction project owners. The Authority is requiring that the references be completed on this form. Furthermore, the person completing this reference should be a Director, Administrator, or Vice-President of a public body or private firm for which this proposing firm has performed Construction Manager at-Risk (CMAR) services and should be available for a simple follow-up by phone or email from the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority. Please assist Authority staff by answering the following questions to the best of your knowledge and return this questionnaire to the Authority by August 27, 2021. Short and concise answers are all that are necessary.
