The City of Raleigh (COR) Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources is solicitation bids from vendors(s) with which to contract for the following service: Replacement of PIP resurfacing at Brier Creek Park Playgrounds. Pages PF-1 to PF-9 and MWBE pages 15 and 16 must be completed and emailed by bid due date and time. Email to: Elizabeth.Houck@raleighnc.gov. Bid quantities on plan are estimated from aerial, for bid purpose use 3,300 SF as quantity. 2023 PIP Surface Replacement at Brier Creek Park Playground Includes: Removal & disposal of existing PIP surfacing (3,300 sf), provide all materials & labour to install new PIP surfacing, 3.5" depth (50% standard colour/50% black) and provide & install temporary fencing around area under construction (LF varies). Pour-In-Place Surfacing is installed on existing concrete pad - 8' critical fall height Bid quantities on plan are estimated from aerial, for bid purpose use 3,300 SF as quantity.
