Renovation of a detention facility in Canon City, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Due to security concerns, please see the owner regarding obtaining documents. Technical questions shall be directed by e-mail to the Point of Contact with a copy to Sean Donahue of Jensen Hughes at e-mail sdonohue@jensenhughes.com . Clarification and technical questions must be received no later than three (3) business days prior to the Bid Submission date and time 5. Each Bid shall be submitted on the required Bid Form and Alternate Bid Form. Any bid amount in excess of $50,000 must be accompanied by a Bid Bond on State Buildings Programs Bid Bond Form SC6.14 in an amount not less than 5% of the total Bid. The CCF North Fire Suppression Phase 2 project at the Centennial Correctional Facility (CCF) in Canon City, CO project consists of, but is not limited to: selective demolition, field verification, fire suppression systems, fire alarm equipment, trim and security enclosure, sleeves, raceways, fire caulking, cut and patch, integration with existing systems, testing and commissioning for a complete and operational system. The right is reserved to waive informalities or irregularities and to reject any and all Bids
