Site work and paving for a road / highway in Canon City, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
This proposed Project will install pavement on the identified street sections which are currently gravel surfaced. The Project will also include concrete paving and the installation of drainage facilities. All work will be located in existing right-of-way and be completed in accordance with City of Cañon City Standard Construction specifications which exceed CDOT standards. The Project generally consists of: Removal and/or replacement, modification of existing or new construction/installation of the following components: Grading, excavation & disposal Install geotextile fabric Construction of 3-inch thick compacted HMA roadway surface Installation, grading, & compacting Class 6 gravel base course - 8-inch thick minimum Installation of Cross Pan Construction of gravel shoulders Grading of roadside ditches Installation of 4-inch thick asphalt patch Erosion control & Final Stabilization Question Acceptance Deadline 06/10/2022 07:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes
