Site work and paving for a civil project in Darien, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
**As of August 25, 2021, project has been awarded in the amount of $1,751,240.89. Project : This project consists of road improvements to Jones Road, Black Road, Steel Bridge Road, Canal Street, and Fairhope Road in McIntosh County which include leveling, surface course, triple surface treatment, and striping. The project also consists of reconfiguring Smith Roads intersection approach to GA Highway 17 along with drainage. BID BOND: All proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount proposal. A cashiers or certified check may be submitted in lieu of a bid bond. PERFORMANCE/ PAYMENT BONDS: The successful Proposer, if awarded this contract, will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. PAYMENT TERMS: The successful Proposer will receive monthly payments within 30 days after receipt and approval by the Owners Representative of a valid invoice for those services rendered.
