Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Darien, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
|McIntosh County Board of Commissioners is currently requesting proposals to improve Sapelo Island Community Center. Scope of work will include exterior and interior refurbishments and reconstruction and will convert 2 existing offices into 2 medical exam rooms. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. A cashiers or certified check may be submitted in lieu of a bid bond. The successful Bidder, if awarded this contract, will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. The successful proposer will receive monthly payments within 30 days after receipt and approval by the Owners Representative of a valid invoice for those services rendered. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive All Technicalities, Reject Any or All Proposals and Make the Award in Its Best Interest.
