The purpose of this solicitation is to allow the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) to enter into Approved Vender List (AVL) contracts with qualified vendors to provide UDOT with various types of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA). This solicitation allows qualified vendors to be able to be on the AVL contract list. Contracts will be for a term of Five (5) years. Vendors on the Approved Vendor List MUST recertify every year. ONLY the following firms determined as being qualified in Stage 1 Qualification are eligible to submit pricing in this stage.
