Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work required of a selected Design-Build Firm for horizontal/civil engineering design-build projects shall include, but it shall not be limited to, the following design, permitting, and construction elements necessary for the renovation or new construction of roadways, drainage systems, intersection improvements, Streetscapes, sidewalks, pavement marking and signing, parking areas, traffic signals, lighting retaining walls, riverfront bulkheads, bridges, culverts, streetscape, utility construction and repair, underground and/or aboveground utilities, and various other appurtenant work in accordance with the requirements specified in the Design Criteria Package prepared by City.
