Site work and renovation of a civil project in Circleville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work consists of a new PLC-based SCADA System for the water treatment plant, and a radio telemetry system to monitor two water towers, one booster station, and eight sanitary lift stations. The Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the Bid or a Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidders maximum Bid price. CONTRACTOR shall pay wages to each laborer and mechanic at a rate not less than the minimum wages specified in the current wage determination as published by the State of Ohio Department of Commerce. The City of Circleville reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete on or before June 1, 2022 and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before August 1, 2022
