Site work for a water / sewer project in Circleville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work consists of replacing approximately 5,897 water meters for all residential properties serviced by the Citys water utility. This turnkey project will include supplying and installing an AMI system, including mounting locations, data transmitters, software, water meters, removing and replacing current water meters, transferring the Citys billing system, laptops, and software training. The Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the Bid or a Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidders maximum Bid price. CONTRACTOR shall pay wages to each laborer and mechanic at a rate not less than the minimum wages specified in the current wage determination as published by the State of Ohio Department of Commerce. The City of Circleville, Ohio, reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. The project is being funded in part by the Ohio Water Development Authority funding.
