As of Aug. 23, 2021 Project was awarded for $94,062.20 The Base Bid will include milling, resurfacing and pavement striping, in the following areas; Carey Street (W 400 N) - From Franklin Street to 3417 Carey Street (W 400 N). This project is proposed for fall 2021. The Project, which is funded from Town funds and a Community Crossings Grant, will be constructed in up to one (1) contract division. In general, the work consists of providing all labor and material for the project. This project is small format only. Please read ordering options carefully. Any Bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids. All bids received shall remain valid and in force for 60 calendar days after the date of Bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in whole or in part as specified in the solicitation when it is not in the best interest of the governmental body as determined by the purchasing agency in accordance with IC 5-22-18-2.
