Northwest Shelby County Regional Sewer District (the "District") is Issuing This Request for Proposals and Qualifications (the "Rfpq") Seeking Proposals and Statements Of Qualifications From Qualified Offerors for the Development and Construction of Public Sewer Infrastructure and Utilities in Support of Planned Project in the District (the "Project Area"). Responses to This Rfpq Are Intended to Provide the District With the Information to Select an Offeror to Submit a Guaranteed Maximum Price (Gmp), and if the Gpm is Accepted, to Award a Contract for the Project. Six (6) copies of the response to this request must be submitted. The District reserves the right to reject any and all Responses and to be the sole judge of the value and merit of the Responses received. Document notes: all be included with the purchased documents and shall be forwarded to all Guideline holders of record. Guidelines can also be paid for and picked up in person at Eastern Engineering Supply at 9901 Allisonville, Road, Fishers, IN, 46308. Guidelines may be examined at the Fairland Town Hall located at 105 S Walnut Street, Fairland, IN 46126 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM (local time), Monday through Friday.
