Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Engineering Services The Town of New Harmony is requesting Statements of Qualifications from professional engineering firms for the preparation of a sewer utility planning study funded through the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) Community Development Block Grant Planning Grant program. Scope of services includes, but is not limited to: Evaluation of existing sewer collection and treatment infrastructure. Mapping of system components. Flow analysis and future capacity needs. Recommendations for phased capital improvements. Selection will be based on the following criteria: Relevant project experience (35%). Team qualifications and capacity (25%). Past performance with federally funded projects (20%). Proximity to project location (10%). Project understanding and approach (10%). New Harmony reserves the right to reject any or all submissions. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to apply. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
