Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to satisfactorily complete the project titled "USI Historic New Harmony-Beal House Exterior Renovation." Bidders must provide a bid bond of no less than five percent of the total bid with their sealed bid. The successful bidder is required to furnish payment bonds for one hundred percent of their contract amount prior to execution of the contract and must provide a certificate of insurance with the bid package. The requisite endorsement naming the University of Southern Indiana as additional insured must also be provided prior to issuance of the contract. All bidders are to submit a certificate of insurance with their bid package. The University reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to make any combination thereof, and waive any informality, and to return unopened any proposal received after the set deadline. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of sixty days without the consent of the University of Southern Indiana. The project generally consists of the following: 1. The removal of all existing wood siding and trim and replacement with new. 2. The removal of the existing shingle roof and replacement with new. 3.
