ANTICIPATED START DATE: August 1, 2025 SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: December 18, 2026 The project will include the following list of bid packages for the interior selective demolition and renovation of limited work in Building 2 on Ball State University Main Campus. The project is planned to commence August of 2025 and be Substantially Complete for the start of Spring Semester of 2027. The project will be delivered over five phases associated with the five building wings.
