The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. Request for proposal muncie community schools (the owner) is embarking on a project that includes the addition of air conditioning to the fieldhouse, new bleachers, roof replacements, tennis court/track resurfacing, and miscellaneous mechanical work at multiple schools around the district. The owner has retained schmidt associates, inc. To be the architect/engineer to achieve project objectives, the owner desires to retain a cmc-firm. ( construction manager as constructor) it is the owner's intent that the architect/engineer and cmc shall work with the owner and other consultants in a harmonious manner during the design and construction phases of the project. The cmc services are described in the attached cmc services and basis of agreement outline. The selected firm shall have the ability to meet all requirements of the outline.
