ESTIMATED COST OF CONSTRUCTION: $350,000.00 ANTICIPATED START DATE: July 28, 2025 SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: September 26, 2025 Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bank draft, made payable to the order of Dr. Sue Moore, Interim Vice President for Business Affairs and Treasurer for Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana, or by an acceptable bidder's bond for an amount not less than 5 percent of the total bid price Work of the Project includes the removal of the existing surface storm water detention basin, erosion control, site grading, installation of an underground storm water detention chamber system, and final grading of the project site.
