Demolition for an educational facility in Muncie, Indiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility.
The 02A Selective Demolition bid package for Bid Event #2 BP2 is being issued for re-bid. All paperwork will be required to be submitted to be accepted as a responsive bidder. The project consists of the selective demolition and renovation of the Arts & Communications, Music and Theater building wings surrounding Emens Hall (AC/MU/TH) on Ball State University Main Campus. Bid Event #2 will include limited work in Building 1 and renovations of Building 3 along with systems work in basement of all buildings. Bid Event #3 will include limited work in Building 5 and renovations of Building 4. Bid Event #4 will include limited work in Building 2. The overall project is planned to commence in June of 2025 and be Substantially Complete July of 2026. Reference Bid Schedule and Individual Bid Event Schedule for more detailed information. This project is funded through a GMP contract and we are bidding out all divisions. This is a public project, so it will be bid in typical public fashion with hard bid dates. We are actively seeking diverse Business Participation Goals of: VOBE 3% MBE 8% WBE 10%
