Renovation of a municipal facility in Daytona Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit competitive, sealed Bids to furnish 21-B-150LL, Sheriff's Training Facility HVAC Replacement Phase 2 for the County of Volusia, Florida. Term: Total contract time of ninety (90) days. Question & Answer deadline Jul 29, 2021 (Thu), 11:59 PM Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid bond in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the Bid amount payable to the County of Volusia; as a guarantee that, if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract, provide certificates of insurance in the amounts and categories required by the County and, if required, record separate performance and payment bonds in amounts and with sureties acceptable to the County, within ten (10) days after the award of the Contract. The County of Volusia reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the County of Volusia. The construction and services required by the Contract Documents including all labor, materials, equipment and services incidental thereto, provided or to be provided by the Contractor to fulfill the Contractor's obligation to achieve Final Completion of the Project.
